Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service define the mutual commitments governing consulting and advisory services provided by Hilltop Consulting, LLC. By engaging our firm, you agree to these principles, subject to any separate written agreement (such as a statement of work) that may supersede specific terms.

1. Scope of Services

Hilltop Consulting, LLC provides business strategy, operations, organizational, and related advisory services. Deliverables, timelines, fees, and responsibilities will be described in a proposal or statement of work agreed by both parties before work begins.

2. Timelines & Dependencies

While Hilltop Consulting, LLC plans diligently, consulting schedules depend on timely access to information, stakeholder availability, and decisions from your organization. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

3. Fees & Payment

Clients are billed according to the agreed fee structure (for example, project, retainer, or time and materials). Hilltop Consulting, LLC may suspend or pause work if invoices are materially overdue, after reasonable notice when practicable.

4. Intellectual Property

Hilltop Consulting, LLC retains ownership of our proprietary methodologies, templates, and internal tools developed before or independently of your engagement. Upon payment, you receive a license to use deliverables created specifically for you for your internal business purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Conclusion of Services

Either party may end an engagement as specified in the governing agreement, typically with written notice. Upon conclusion, Hilltop Consulting, LLC will return or destroy confidential materials as agreed and can provide a brief transition summary where contracted.
